*Do you have an age requirement to use the facility?

Guests must be at least 18 years of age. Members must be 14 years of age. Any person under 14 must be accompanied Exercise Equipment by either a parent or guardian or in a personal training session with a FitnessQuest personal trainer at all times when in the facility.

*Do you have lockers and do I need to bring my own lock?

We have full locker rooms complete with lockers, showers, and a dry sauna. We provide the lock, towels, and other various toiletries.

*Do you offer towel service?

Yes, we offer free towel service to anyone using the facility. We provide large shower towels and smaller workout towels.

*Do you have a snack bar?

We have a small snack bar with water, sports drinks, protein shakes, protein bars, and other va Exercise Equipment rious snack items.

*Do you have any processing or initiation fees?

We do not have a processing fee and we have a very small one-time only initiation fee on memberships. Ask about our referral program to waive your initiation fee!

*Do I have to buy a membership to work with a personal trainer?

No, you can work with a trainer or take classes without buying a membership. This is one way FitnessQuest is different. We offer a more intimate setting that allows you to personalize your experience to fit your needs. Please stop by today and speak with an associate to customize your fitness plan.

*Do I have to work with a trainer to use the facility?

No, although many members benefit from working with a FitnessQuest trainer it is not required to use the facility. We do recommend that you work with a trainer your first few times in the facility to ensure safety and proper use of the equipment. Exercise Equipment

*Do you offer childcare?

We do not offer childcare but we do offer babysitting Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am-10am.

*What are you hours of operation?

Monday - Thursday 5am-9pm
Friday 5am-8pm
Saturday 7am-5pm
Sunday 12pm-5pm
